CLINICOM SOFTWARE IS A CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT TOOL THAT SUGGESTS POSSIBLE DIAGNOSES - AN ACTUAL DIAGNOSIS MAY ONLY BE MADE BY A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AFTER A FULL EVALUATION OF THE PATIENT.
